Meet Jason: Shipfusion’s New Director of South West Operations

We’re always expanding and developing our wonderful team, so we are pleased to welcome our latest team member, Jason Mandroc as our new VP of SW Operations. Read our Q&A below to find out more about him.

1. What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?

My entire career has been in Supply Chain and Logistics, starting 14 years ago. I joined UPS right out of college. I have continued working in a few different capacities as a Warehouse Supervisor & Manager for a small medical supply and plastics company. I then moved on to Sephora, where I spent the past 4.5 years of my career. I worked on the eCommerce side of their fulfillment business in two different facilities as an Operations Manager. That is what brought me to Las Vegas, where I played a key role in opening Sephora WDC (Western Distribution Center) 2 years ago. After getting that facility up and running like a well-oiled machine, I look forward to doing it again with Shipfusion.

2. What plans do you see for Shipfusion? 

I see the expansion of capacity and continued implementation of technology and processes to serve our customers better. This will make us an even more prominent player in the 3PL space as we advance.

3. What are you most excited about?

I am excited to take on the challenge of opening a brand new building, from procurement to infrastructure build-out, to hiring and cultivating a dynamic team to create and implement a process to execute our customers’ needs.
