This article is a guide to help you navigate and understand the refreshed Dashboard sections in 360. The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance overview of key information related to shipments, billing, projects, and returns.
Overview
The Dashboard is your go-to hub for quick and accessible information. It offers a comprehensive overview of performance and operational metrics, including orders placed and fulfilled, inventory levels, stock movement, and valuable insights into analytics and order trends.
This enhancement is designed to empower you to make informed decisions and streamline your logistics processes, ultimately boosting efficiency.
You'll find two tabs—Operations and Analytics—detailed below.
A timestamp in the top right corner shows whether the data is current.

Side Bar Tab Organization
We’ve added a new side bar layout for the 360 dashboard. This introduces two distinct tabs: Operations and Analytics:
Each tab is crafted to offer a streamlined and organized view of the most pertinent information and tools tailored to specific aspects of your logistics and business operations. Additionally, the sidebar features Shipfusion’s warehouse locations, their local times, and current operational status, ensuring you have all the essential details at your fingertips.
A Billing widget is also available for easy viewing of the current month spend and balance.
Operations
The Operations tab provides you with an overview and management tools for your warehouse and fulfillment processes. It includes detailed views and metrics related to inventory, orders, returns, projects, and inbound shipments.
Order Processing - This section provides real-time insights into the status and progress of orders in the shipment queue, including shipments in queue, processing, and completed, back orders and a snapshot of Wholesale (if active):

Total Order Shipped - Delivers a visual representation of the total number of orders shipped. This can be filtered by time periods (week, 30 days (rolling), month, 3 months) and warehouse (if multi-warehouse)

Today’s Orders - Offers a detailed overview of today's shipment status, including the number of orders in the queue, currently being processed, shipped, and on hold

Back Orders - Delivers a count of backordered shipments, with an ‘oldest order’ date indicator, as well as the top three SKUs for all back ordered orders. The SKUs are scrollable.

Wholesale - Provides a breakdown of the amount of wholesale shipments currently in new status, in queue, in progress, awaiting pickup, back ordered and on hold.
Inventory Management - This section provides real-time insights into your returns, including inbound shipments and projects:

Returns Management - Displays an overview of return processes, providing metrics such as the number of returns processed, incoming returns, pending returns, and reasons for returns. This can also be filtered by time

Incoming Returns - Delivers a comprehensive count of total returns, as well as the amount initiated today. This can be filtered by a specific warehouse or all (if multi-warehouse)

Inbounds - Offers a comprehensive overview of inbound shipments, including expected arrival times, processing status, and any delays or issues

Project Management - Gives you a streamlined and thorough overview of the status of your various projects, categorized by warehouse location. This helps you manage and track the progress of your projects efficiently, ensuring that you stay informed and proactive in your operations:
Pinned - located at the bottom of the page, displays pinned items in a list view. Separated by tabs for Orders, Projects, Products, Inbound and Freight.
Analytics
The Analytics tab is essential for gaining insights into your sales channels and logistics performance. It is split into two sections Delivery Experience and Performance. Utilizing these insights can help you optimize your sales strategies and streamline logistics operations.
Performance
This section offers a comprehensive overview of your account's overall performance.

Channel Status - Offers you a view of the status of your various sales channels, ensuring the activity and connectivity of sales platforms, helping to identify and resolve any potential issues promptly:
When there is an exception, you will see an Exceptions button that will navigate you to the page, allowing you to resolve them.

Total Orders Placed - An overview of sales performance across different sales channels, including metrics like total number of orders placed, and distributed by sales channel. This can be filtered by time (today, 7 days, last 30 days (rolling), last month)

Best Sellers - A visual of top 5 products by sales channel as well as by warehouse (if multi-warehouse is active). This can be filtered by time periods (this month, last 30 days (rolling), last month, last 90 days) or by warehouse (if multi-warehouse)

Order Trends - Breakdown of shipping costs and trends over time, including data on shipping carriers, average costs, and zone, state, and province distribution.
Delivery Experience
This section provides insights into your shipments at a high level overview, providing the amount of orders per channel, carrier, and shipment distribution by zone.

Carrier Distribution - Provides you with a breakdown of your shipments by carrier, their average cost, and percent of your total shipments. You can filter this data by time periods: the last 7 days, rolling last 30 days, last month, or last 90 days.

Shipment Distribution - Provides you with a breakdown of your shipments by zone, the number of shipments in each area, and percent of your total shipments. You can filter this data by time periods: the last 7 days, rolling last 30 days, last month, or last 90 days.
Roles/Permission
Note that only Administrators will be able to see the Billing widget - this will be hidden for other roles unless granted manually
