Editing or Cancelling a Freight Shipment

If you have not requested quotes for a freight shipment but started entering in details, you have the option to edit details.

You can do this by going to the Freight page and selecting View by the corresponding freight request. By default, the Details tab will be selected, so select the Edit button beside Details and a modal will appear:

Make the necessary changes, and then select Save.

You can also add a linked shipment (Inbound/Project/Wholesale) to a standalone freight shipment request by selecting Edit on the Details tab, and then adding the ID of the inbound, project or wholesale shipment.

If you need to make changes to an already booked freight shipment or cancel it, select the Request Support button and provide additional details. This will send an email to the freight team:
