This week Shipfusion turns nine years old, but it’s more than just a birthday to us. This marks nine years of working with you, the most promising and exciting ecommerce businesses in the world, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible impact we’ve made together.

Since starting in 2014, we’ve had the privilege of working with a wide array of businesses, serving different markets, shipping products of every shape and size, and in these nine years we’ve been able to watch our clients grow as professionals and as organizations. That’s what makes this such a special milestone for us, because it represents all of the milestones you, our clients, have celebrated along the way. Every year in Shipfusion’s story represents another year where you, our clients, have reached your next anniversary, or order milestone.

The Team That Makes It Possible

Shipfusion started with a single warehouse location of only 2,000 sq.ft. located in Niagara Falls, NY and has grown to a network of warehouses covering North America with a single-day record of 162,932 orders shipped in one day. That growth while maintaining our best-in-class on-time and order accuracy didn’t happen by accident, but rather thanks to our incredible and hardworking team. Shipfusion is made up of an amazing group of people that all do their part to make this complex operation work day in, day out. Every part of this process is critical and it just doesn’t work without any of these important roles filled by talented people so whether you’re working in one of our warehouses picking and packing orders, on our Product and Development teams creating the amazing technology and systems that support the operation, our Customer Success team providing support and account management, or any of the countless other functions and teams that all come together to make these milestones possible – thank you!

What To Expect In The Future

What will the 10th year of Shipfusion bring? We’re continuing to invest in new and improved ways to improve the ecommerce industry and make your job of running an ecommerce business easier, more profitable, and less stressful. This past year has brought new warehouse locations, an entirely re-engineered Portal interface and a host of new features. We’ll be sharing more exciting news in the coming weeks and months on some other new and exciting updates.
