What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?

The tech industry is always evolving; that being said, technology has been and will continue to be pivotal in my career. Technology has made my day-to-day responsibilities more efficient when it comes to analyzing the company and employee data to identify areas of improvement.

What plans do you see for Shipfusion? 

Shipfusion is growing at such a fast pace that I see us becoming one of the top leaders in the 3PL industry. I also have seen the interest of future employees looking to join our team across all the country!

What are you most excited about in your new role?

What I’m most excited about in my new role is having the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.  We are constantly working on processes to improve things, whether it’s new strategies to help associates with their career development, practical training plans, and new HR technologies and tools.
