We actually started out as an ecommerce textbook rental business. As we grew, we started sending out more and more orders each month. But then, we hit a wall. The fulfillment options out there? So what did we do? 

We built our own fulfillment solution. One that could keep up with our scaling business, and keep our customers coming back.

With our customers’ happiness (and the success of our business) on the line, we found more efficient ways to do fulfillment that cut down on time and costs, while ensuring we always knew what was going on with our inventory. It worked so well, that other ecommerce brands started asking if we could handle their fulfillment, too. Turns out, we weren’t the only ones looking for something better—fulfillment that truly worked for fast-scaling brands.

In 2014, Shipfusion was born— one of the first ecommerce-based fulfillment companies in North America.

From the start, we did things differently. No third-party warehouses. No outsourcing our customer support teams. No hidden costs in our pricing. No black box on our customer’s inventory or shipment status.
